Experience Local Artistry at the Inaugural PC Film & Animation Festival!
Porterville College is thrilled to announce the first-ever PC Film & Animation Festival, a unique celebration of local digital talent and live musical performance taking place on March 19, 2026. This inaugural event highlights the incredible work of Porterville College Digital Video and Animation students, alongside talented high school artists from the surrounding area.
The evening promises a captivating blend of visual storytelling and live sound:
- Animation Screenings: Kicking off at 4:30 PM in the SCCR.
- Film Screenings: Beginning at 6:30 PM in the PC Theater.
- Live Music: The PC Orchestra and Band will perform iconic movie music throughout the evening.
- Experimental Performance: Don't miss a one-of-a-kind experimental film featuring live, on-the-spot improvisation by the band.
Admission to the festival is FREE for everyone. Attendees can enjoy free popcorn during the showcases, and additional items will be available for purchase at the PC Treasure Cafe.
